the steaming machine is used before shelling machine, it will cook the cashew nuts, to improve the shelling rate and whole kenrels rate. electric type can be used for other foods,vegetables, nuts and fruits. the larger capacity model is with boiler, with rotary steaming drum. about 30minutes per batch, capacity is about 600kg/batch, so it is about 1200kg/h.
